When born of the Spirit you become alive
Free from the burden of sin
The Darkness dispelled by the Light
No longer under the curse of the Law
Living in righteousness by faith
Capable of praise and worship and prayer
Aware of the difference between flesh and Spirit
Self giving way to life in the Spirit
Increasingly more comfortable with silence and solitude
Affections set on things above
Separated from the world
Hungry for the things of God
The Fruit:
Love, joy, peace
Meekness, kindness, goodness
Faithfulness, patience, self-control
The Gifts:
Wisdom, knowledge, faith
Healing, miracles, prophecy
Recognizing spirits, tongues, and interpretation
The Blessing:
Filled with the fullness of God
Eternal life
Health, wholeness, and prosperity
With nothing missing, having no lack
Under God’s care and protection
A sign of all that is unseen
The Word becomes alive
As a source of all that is good
One living by the Truth of the Word
And not by the facts of the world
