| 1. We are not trying to convince the head, we are trying to convert the heart. 2. When we consider the beauty of the lily, all the power of the world withers and dies. 3. Jesus Christ the same… washing feet, suffering temptation, going to the cross, being persecuted, healing the sick. Entire sanctification is reached when we are “the same” in like manner… yesterday, today, and forever. 6. We close the pathway of the devil when we walk in holiness. 7. Holiness is reached when the devil finds nothing in me. 8. To overcome self is a victory for the Lord. It is then that he can work through you, until then, you work through Him. |
