Life is in such chaos
Satan' holds the cord
To all of humanity's loss
Break the chains of despair
Insanity and pain
Only Jesus can repair
And send the Spirit's rain
It requires more than reason
To unravel all the knots
That Satan in his season
Has conspired on human plots
Open heaven's door
Release the Spirit's fire
It demands so much more
Than human nature can inspire
Organize my life and make
A testimony to the Son
Chaos cannot overtake
Faith in the holy One
I give my life to thee
To straighten out the strife
No longer one but three
Dwelling in this mortal life
Only God can rewrite the story
Of the chaos in the world
And to Christ be the glory
As his power is unfurled
Overcome Lord is my plea
I no longer wish to dwell
In fear to perils flee
It is by faith in you
That all will be well
