The Mouth

Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing.  My brethren these things ought not to be.  Doth a fountain send forth at the sameplace sweet water and bitter?
Jm3:10-11

The natural man, the carnal man, the flesh man has a fountain full of envy, strife, fear, bitterness, jealousy, anger, and hatred within.  The man who draws water from this well will find his words only bring turmoil in his life.

The spiritual man, the regenerate man, the born again man has a fountain full of love, peace, joy, meekness, temperance, and faith within.  The man who draws water from this well will find his words bring comfort and assurance.

Where do your words come from?  What comes out of your mouth?  Seek to draw water, seek to draw words, from the fountain of life.  It will be a blessing to all you meet and you will find peace in your life.

Enter the spiritual dimension.  Jesus lived and moved in this realm and his words brought healing, deliverance, and miracles wherever he went.  We must be transformed by the renewing of our minds.  We must fill our fountain with the words of life and evaporate the water from the fountain of the flesh.

Look inward.  Look at your soul.  Where there is anger, fear, strife, and torment do not draw water, do not draw words, from that fountain.  Seek to reestablish peace, harmony, and love within and draw water and words from that fountain.  Soon you will find that your life will be blessed and your life will be a blessing and you will drink from the well of salvation and only sweet water will proceed from your mouth.

Amen
