We live in
cages. Yet none of us see our own
cage. In one cage are the poor. In another are the sick. In still another is the sinner. We are like people visiting a zoo. We are outside and above and looking in. Over here is the tiger and over here the
bear. But we think we are free and so we
do not see our own cage of false beliefs and false ideas and false
perceptions. We buy a ticket to visit
the zoo but we never enter their cage.
We buy food to feed them, some we pet, but we know at the end of the day
we will leave them behind and go our way and we call that love and it makes us
feel good. Yet heaven will be made up of
those who lived in cages not those who think they are free: the poor, the sick,
and the sinner not those who visit the zoo.
Until we see our own cage we will not know the truth and we will not be
set free and we will not enter the |
